There are many ways to create bootable USB drive for for windows 10, windows 8 or windows 7 or Linux setup.  You can make bootable pendrive using CMD. Or you can also make Bootable USB drive using 3rd party software.  Here I will show you using software, it the easiest way to create bootable pendrive. You need to follow few steps and tools: 

Required Software and Tools: 
1. USB Drive (8 GB)
2. Bootable Software
3. Windows ISO

First of all, you need to Format your USB drive as NTFS. So insert your USB drive. Right click on it and click format. Select NTFS file system. And click START. It may take few time to complete format. USB format has been completed. Now you need Bootable software. There are many Bootable software available like: 
Rufus
WinToBootic
Universal USB Installer
UNetbootin
Linux Live USB Creator (LiLi)
WinSetUp From USB
etc.

You can use one of those; here I will use Refuse software. You will also need ISO file of Windows 10, Windows 8, or Windows 7, which you want... If you don’t have ISO file don’t worry about that.

Now run the Bootable software, 
Make sure
Pendrive selected here
File system Selected as NTFS
select ISO file, select ISO of Windows 7, 8 or 10, which you want. 
Click open... Click “START” and OK... Bootable process has started... 
It may take 10 to 20 minutes to complete bootable process. 

Let’s check the USB drive, whether it is bootable properly or not. 
Just remove your USB drive and insert again... you will see that USB drive icon will be changed. Now USB is ready to use.

Step 1 - Disable Startup Programs:
Several programs are automatically run at startup, so that user uses that program instantly available when user needs those. It has bad effect; windows can actually slow down. You can stop unused program some of these.  
>> Right-click the Start menu 
>> Click Task Manager or press (Ctrl+Shift+Esc)
>> Click Startup
>> Select a program which is not needed regular basis and click Disable

Step 2 - Disable Background Apps:
Some Apps running on Windows 10 background are without user’s interaction. But Most of those are no needed; a few are needed to use Windows 10 running properly. It may takes slow down you pc if you don’t use these apps regularly. Let’s disable Windows 10 background Apps that are not necessary. 
>> Click Start menu >> “Settings” 
>> Click “Privacy” icon under the Settings window
>> select 
Turn OFF apps which are not needed to regular use. 

Step 3 - Disable Transparency Effects

>> Right-click on desktop and select Personalize

Step 4 - Disk Cleanup:
Disk Cleanup reduces unused files from your computer, which helps your PC run faster. Disk Cleanup deletes temporary files, system files; empty the Recycle Bin that longer needed. 
>> Open file explorer or Press (Windows key + E)
>> Select C drive and Right-click on it 
>> Choose Properties
>> click on the “Disk Cleanup” option
>> click on “Clean up system files” to clean up disk properly
>> select all checkbox, if some of are not selected.
>> click OK, and delete files
It may take some times to complete.

Step 1:
>> search with “Run” in windows search box. 
>> click on it. 
>> or Press “Windows key + R”
>> type “GPEDIT.MSC”, and then click OK. 
>> Expand Administrative Templates
>>  Under Administrative Templates, double click on Network and  or expand it
>> Expand QoS Packets Scheduler or double click on it
>> double click on “Limit Reservable Bandwidth” (right side window)
>> Within the Limit Reservable Bandwidth window, select “Enable” and Enter 0% as Bandwidth Limit
Step 2:
>> Right click on network icon and select “Open Network and Sharing Center”
>> In the Network and Sharing window, Look to the left side of the window, Select Change Adapter Settings.
>> Select network, right click on it and select properties. 
>> find Internet Protocol Version 4, and double click on it.
>> find DNS Server Addresses and click on it to enable this option
Enter 8.8.8.8 in the Preferred DNS Server.
Enter 8.8.4.4 in the Alternate DNS Server.
click on OK and close all other open windows.

Full-screen Snip: Capture the entire screen.

Step 1: Run Disk Cleanup
This utility will delete junk files on your hard disk. For some users, this may lead to increased performance.
Open File Explorer> select C drive, right click on it, and select Properties> click on Disk Cleanup. The utility will need to calculate what files are junk, and this process can take several minutes.
After the utility is finished loading, select which files you wish to remove. Disk Cleanup provides a description for each file type that you select.

Step 2: Defragment the hard drive. As files are moved around, installed, and deleted, they leave behind fragments that can slow down your computer’s ability to access your hard drive. Defragging is typically set to run on a schedule by default, but you can run it manually too.

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragment.
Click "Defragment disk".
If the number is above 10%, you should defragment the disk.

Step 3: Delete Temp and Prefetch files

Open RUN command shortcut “Win + R”, type the following word and hit enter:

Step 5: Remove unnecessary programs from startup. Many programs will install extensions that start up with your computer. They are designed to provide quick access to that program, but too many can significantly increase your startup time.
Click start button>> search with “msconfig” click on it or press Enter. Click the Startup tab on the System Configuration main window.

It is likely that this list contains a number of programs you may not have even realized were running on your computer during startup, or even at all.
Uncheck the programs you don't need and click OK.


Step 6: Remove Old Programs
Uninstall unused programs. Besides taking up hard disk space, old programs may still be running processes in the back, even if you never use them.
>> Click start button >> and click control panel >> click Uninstall program, under program option

If you don’t intend to use these programs, remove them to free up space.
Select the program you want to remove and click
